Dr. Hall is a board-certified dermatologist and a member of the American Academy of Dermatology. He is also certified by the American Board of Dermatology. In addition to general dermatology, his specialties include skin cancer diagnosis and skin cancer surgery, and cosmetic procedures (i.e. Botox™, Juvederm™, Radiesse™, and lasers). Dr. Hall has also published numerous articles in dermatology journals.

Prior to relocating to Bend in 2006, Dr. Hall served as the Chief of Dermatology, and Director of Laser and Cosmetic Dermatology at Irwin Army Community Hospital in Ft. Riley, Kansas, and was Associate Professor of Dermatology for Kansas University Medical Center.

In 2003, he completed a three-year dermatology residency at Walter Reed Army Medical Center, in Washington D.C., where he achieved the highest score nationally among all residents in his year group on the dermatology in-service examination. Dr. Hall earned his Doctor of Medicine from Georgetown University Medical School in 1998 after graduating Phi Beta Kappa and with Magma Cum Laude honors from Santa Clara University in 1994.

Dr. Hall enjoys skiing, golf, basketball, and spending time with his family enjoying all that Bend and the Central Oregon area have to offer. He is also an avid Oregon Duck football fan.

Molly Nichols, P.A.

Raised in Redmond, Molly is a Central Oregon native. She joined Central Oregon Dermatology in 2022 and has been receiving extensive dermatology training while working alongside Dr. Hall. 

She earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Oregon State University in Health Management and Policy, graduating Magna Cum Laude, and her Master of Physician Assistant Studies from Oregon Health and Sciences University. Molly was a Rural Health Scholar at OHSU and is committed to providing healthcare and improved access to rural areas throughout Central Oregon. With providing rural healthcare in mind, she offers clinic hours in La Pine, Redmond, Madras, Prineville, as well as Bend. 

After graduating PA school, she worked in Family Medicine for 4 years, building a strong medical foundation. Molly has been drawn to dermatology since her clinical rotations in PA school. Being extremely detail oriented; she specifically enjoys the visual aspect of the specialty that allows her to employ both her medical and surgical skills daily. 

Molly is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. She is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants, Oregon Society of Physician Assistants and the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants. 

While she enjoys all aspects of dermatology, she has a special interest in treating acne and acne scarring, skin cancer prevention and early detection, and cosmetic dermatology. One reason Molly chose the PA profession was due to the professions core value of teamwork. She executes this value in her practice by ensuring she works collaboratively with Dr. Hall, support staff, and the patient in ensuring patients have a positive experience, understand their diagnosis, and develop a treatment plan that is specifically tailored to each patient.  

In her spare time, Molly enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter, alpine skiing, listening to live music, hiking, trying new foods/restaurants and traveling.
