Mark A. Hall, M.D.
Dr. Hall is a board-certified dermatologist and a member of the American Academy of Dermatology. He is also certified by the American Board of Dermatology. In addition to general dermatology, his specialties include skin cancer diagnosis and skin cancer surgery, and cosmetic procedures (i.e. Juvederm™, Radiesse™, and lasers). Dr. Hall has also published numerous articles in dermatology journals.
Prior to relocating to Bend in 2006, Dr. Hall served as the Chief of Dermatology, and Director of Laser and Cosmetic Dermatology at Irwin Army Community Hospital in Ft. Riley, Kansas, and was Associate Professor of Dermatology for Kansas University Medical Center.
In 2003, he completed a three-year dermatology residency at Walter Reed Army Medical Center, in Washington D.C., where he achieved the highest score nationally among all residents in his year group on the dermatology in-service examination. Dr. Hall earned his Doctor of Medicine from Georgetown University Medical School in 1998 after graduating Phi Beta Kappa and with Magma Cum Laude honors from Santa Clara University in 1994.
Dr. Hall enjoys skiing, golf, basketball, and spending time with his family enjoying all that Bend and the Central Oregon area have to offer. He is also an avid Oregon Duck football fan.
Jill Olinger, M.D.
Dr. Jill Olinger grew up farming in the Appalachian Mountains of Virginia. She attended the University of Virginia where she earned her undergraduate degree in Biology and Psychology. She earned her medical degree from East Tennessee State University and then moved to Illinois for her dermatology residency at Southern Illinois University. Dr. Olinger is board certified in Dermatology and a Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology.
Dr. Jill enjoys seeing patients of all ages and has expertise in both general and complex medical dermatology and skin cancer diagnosis and treatment. She is committed to patient-centered care with a focus on health promotion and has spent the past 20 years refining her expertise in order to provide comprehensive, personalized skin care.
Outside of work she can be found on a mountain trail with her two dogs or enjoying a music concert with friends and family.
Matt Firebaugh, PA-C.
Matt Firebaugh, PA-C, is a fifth generation Montanan and grew up with a love for the outdoors. Matt attended Montana State University in Bozeman earning a bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences. While in Bozeman, he enjoyed time in the mountains, mostly skiing. Matt later attended the University of Washington’s Physician Assistant program in Seattle, Washington graduating in 2012. Matt started his PA career inpatient at the University of Washington Medical Center where he worked for 6 years, caring for those with oncological and hematological malignancies. From there, Matt and his wife and daughter moved to Bend, OR where he worked outpatient at St Charles Medical Center, in hematology and oncology for over 3 years. Matt also has experience in Urgent Care. He is excited about finding his new home in Dermatology. Matt enjoys connecting with his patients, helping them feel comfortable and taking care of their dermatological concerns. Outside of work Matt enjoys spending time with his family, along with skiing, mountain biking and trail running.
